Arbuthnot Projects are the appointed Project Managers on a number
of Infrastructural, as well as building, contracts.
Most noteable of these, is the Simbithi Eco-Estate, wholly managed
and controlled by Arbuthnot Projects. The First phase of approx
R 140 000 000.00 is complete, and the 2nd,3rd and 4th Phases commenced
on the 1st May 2005.
St Francis Golf Links, a Jack Nicklaus designed links golf course,
on a gated secure estate in Cape St Francis, at R 220 000 000.00
is the second major Infrastructural project carried out by Arbuthnot
Projects, with the Enviromental and Developmental approvals already
in place, the development is well under way.

Building projects, a speciality of Arbuthnot
Projects, (Antony was the Managing Director of Group 5 TransAfrica,
a multi-million Rand turnover subsidiary of Group Five), and
Arbuthnot Projects are in the process of completing two major
contracts, La Palma Terraces, for Belgium Property Investments,
a 144 unit, R 140 000 000.00, upmarket complex in Umhlanga
Ridge, built by Liviero & Son, and Ilanga, a 24 unit luxury
apartment complex, for R 42 000 000.00 for Solid Attack, a
consortium of Sharks rugby players, within Simbithi Eco-Estate,
built by WBHO. |
